How do I create or log into my bonta account?
Click the account link at the top of our site to log in or create a new account.
How do I reset my password?
Visit the account page and select “Forgot password?” We’ll email you a link to reset it securely.
How do I update my account information (email, password, address)?
It's easy to make changes. Log in to your account, navigate to your profile, and update your details anytime.
Do you offer a first-time buyer discount or referral program?
Sign up for our newsletter to receive notices of upcoming products, events and offers.
Do you offer notices of new releases, special offers, and restocks?
Absolutely. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on your favorite social to be the first to know when new drops land and special offers become available.
Orders & Shipping
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us immediately after placing the order, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email once it’s on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout.
What should I do if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
Please contact our support team. We’ll help you investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Have your order number ready when you contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and other secure checkout options.
Can I use more than one payment method at checkout?
At this time, only one payment method may be used per order.
Why isn't my discount code working?
Double-check that your code hasn’t expired and applies to your cart's items. Still having trouble? Reach out to us.
Do you offer price adjustments if an item I bought goes on sale?
We do not currently offer retroactive price adjustments.
Products & Sizing
What makes bonta different?
Our primary differentiator is our conviction that what you allow to touch your skin is as important as what you put in your body. This belief drives every decision regarding the fabrics we use that touch your skin when worn.
We also believe safe and healthy clothing can be as stylish and comfortable as any other. So, we go to great lengths to craft our garments in timeless ways that easily transition from the athletic court to dinner out to relaxing at home.
How do I find the right size?

Do your styles fit true to size?
Most styles fit true to size. Fit details are included on each product page for added guidance.
What materials do you use in your garments?

Do your garments have any additional fabric benefits?
Our fabrics offer excellent antimicrobial properties, many boast a UPF 50 rating to block 98% of harmful UV rays, and our primary fabrics that come into contact with your body have earned the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification. Read more here.
What do your garment labels mean, and how do they benefit me?
We take pride in ensuring our fabrics are as safe and non-toxic for those who wear our garments. Read more here.
How should I care for my bonta pieces?
We recommend machine washing on cold and laying flat to dry to preserve fit and fabric integrity. For more information, please read the fabric care label on each garment, as they may differ.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Some core styles will be restocked, but limited editions may not return. We encourage you to sign up for our newsletter to receive back-in-stock alerts when available.
In-Store & Events (if applicable)
Where can I find bonta products in-store?
We are online only and exploring exclusive in-person events and pop-ups in select cities.
Do you offer in-store pickup or returns?
Not at this time. All purchases, returns, and exchanges are processed through our online store.
Are there any upcoming trunk shows or pop-ups?

How can I get early access to limited releases?
