Returns & Exchanges

Bonta Apparel wants you to be delighted with your purchase, so we will accept the purchased item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of your receiving the merchandise.

Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached and in the original packaging. Merchandise that has been used, damaged, has deodorant residue and/or fragrance, washed, altered, or tailored in any way cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please note that outbound shipping fees are not refundable.

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

How do I exchange an item?

To start a new exchange, click here.  The balance of the exchanged item will be used towards the new item, and any remaining amount will be credited back to the original form of payment upon delivery. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email for the new purchase. You will also receive an email confirmation when an exchanged item has shipped. Exchanges will be shipped to you via standard ground shipping at no additional cost.

How do I return an item?

To start a new return, click here. Once your return begins processing, you will receive a confirmation email. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded to the original payment method used to purchase the item(s) upon receipt of the returned item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total return credit. The credit should appear on your next statement.

How do I track my returns or refunds?

To track the status of your return, refer to your confirmation email. Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to process. Refunds are administered to the original form of payment used for purchase. We cannot refund purchases to another form of payment.
